What are the delivery costs and options?We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in plain packaging. Attractive Lingerie uses the Royal Mail First Class Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery.

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will explain the options.Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will not be a choice of delivery option. If you live in remote parts of the UK and require a next-day delivery service, where possible we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure your parcel arrives on time.The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.

Discreet Packaging and Secure Delivery

All Attractive Lingerie parcels are sent in plain packaging. Unless you ask for us to gift-wrap your purchase.All Attractive Lingerie UK parcels have to be signed for.If you're out when the postman calls, don't panic! Royal Mail will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your parcel up or how to arrange for redelivery at a time convenient for you.

What if your order doesn't arrive when you expect?

If your UK delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please email us and we will place a track on the parcel.

What is your returns policy?

Need to return a product? It's easy and it's free!If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return.You can return your purchase from anywhere in the UK for up to 28 days from the purchase date.Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box.You can also return faulty products for an exchange or refund up to 365 days from the purchase date.

How to return a product.

Please contact us for a returns authorization number (RAN) – We will also give you our Returns address. Only items that have a RAN number will be accepted back by Attractive Lingerie.

We don't like it, but here's the small print

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 say that you have the right to cancel an order without giving a reason within 7 days.At Attractive Lingerie, you can cancel an order within 28 days for a full refund. If your order has already been despatched when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.You may exchange products for any reasons for up to 28 days after purchase as long as your products are unused and unopened.If you have ordered something by mistake, or simply decide that you don't want it, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.Adult toys may be returned as long as the original packaging is intact. We understand that you may have to open the boxes of adult toys to examine them.We cannot accept returns of creams, lubricants, massage oils or condoms if they have been opened and are not faulty.

Returning lingerie and sexy clothing

What if your Attractive Lingerie item doesn't fit? Or that sexy army outfit isn't quite the right shade of camouflage green? No problem!We're happy for you to try on lingerie and sexy clothing - please keep your own underwear on! - to see if it fits and if it's the right colour.You must keep all tags and labels intact. If they are removed, we cannot accept the returned item.If we suspect that the item has been worn we reserve the right to refuse the refund and the item will be returned to you.

Returning DVDs and Videos

As specifically stated in the EC Distant Selling Regulations, we cannot accept returns of DVDs, videos and audio recordings if you have opened the seal.

Faulty Items

If the product is defective, please give a full description of the fault when you call for your RAN and return it in its original box with all manuals and accessories for a replacement within 365 days of purchase.If your item is faulty, please call for your RAN number and we will provide you with the returns address.Please thoroughly clean all returned defective products and wrap them securely.All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you if they are working or the fault is down to mis-use or neglect.

Refunds

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 require us to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of cancellation, and it will be. In practice, it will be much quicker - within seven days of us receiving your returned product.

To return an item

Please ensure you put a note with the RAN number giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send it to the address you where given when you called.You do not need to return your item by Special Delivery or Recorded Post. But please obtain a certificate of posting.This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.We can arrange to collect an item from you. The cost of collecting the item will be deducting from any refund that is due.
